  • How far are the properties from the city centre

    All of our properties are located in Brisbane CBD.  Most are just a couple of minutes walk to the Queen St Mall, which is the heart of the city. 

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    We can arrange parking for $30-$35 per night depending on the property you wish to book.  Please refer to each property for more details.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, or to arrange a bag drop prior to check-in.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Our 1 and 2 bedroom properties are family-friendly with multiple bed configurations and bedding for the sofa-bed upon request. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
